A manor house

how to be amazed!

Exceptional order and cleanliness.
Everything OK!!! Exceptional order and cleanliness. It is an apartment inserted in a villa. It therefore does not have the typical hotel services: breakfast, ristorante, reception... However, the restaurant is equipped with a kitchen furnished with a modern stove,a refrigerator and pantry stocked with utensils and furnishings. Extremely positive experience. Stupendous
We stayed there for 4 off-season nights ... Beautiful apartment, bagno da favola caldo e accogliente c'era tutto Una veranda bellissima con vista sul lago. Owner an exquisite person like all the people met there. It's worth getting out of the chaos of the metropolis to see uncontaminated places and breathe pure air Umbria, the lung of Italy. Simply wonderful
I stayed in this wonderful property for 4 days with my boyfriend. We had already fallen in love with it from the photos before booking....but what can I say? Dal vivo è tutta un'altra cosa. L'appartamento ha tutto quello che una persona possa desiderare. Come entri in casa ti sembra come se ti avesse accolto una casa di altri tempi per l'eleganza e la raffinatezza che la contraddistingue. La veranda offre la vista sul lago che ti immerge nel suo splendore e per non parlare del bagno e della sua jacuzzi che scioglie tutto lo stress accumulato durante l'anno. There are not enough words to describe this environment and Andrea who welcomes you with kindness and maximum availability and courtesy. 5 points are too few....at least they would be needed 100. Lovely suite

Excellent and welcoming structure
Io ed il mio compagno abbiamo avuto modo e piacere di soggiornare in questa bellissima struttura nel periodo di fine ottobre e ci tenevamo a lasciare una recensione piu' che positiva su questa bellissima struttura. Per prima cosa ringraziamo ancora per l'accoglienza e professionalita' il sig. Andrea who remains available to his customers for the entire stay, as well as describing and presenting the location in such a way as to put the customer at ease. La villa e' davvero molto bella ed accogliente. Guests are welcomed in their reserved area on the first floor, and immediately appears well cared for, of a major cleaning, a large, very refined and welcoming lounge down to the smallest details, mobilio adeguato all'importanza della villa in ogni stanza, hot kitchen, welcoming, attrezzata di tutto ed adatta dalle coppie alle famiglie in quanto provvista di ogni suppellettile nonche' di elettrodometici (wonderful oven) and despite everything we used a restaurant in the area, and next time we will certainly have the opportunity to appreciate it! Veranda that leaves you speechless, for the view with a magnificent lake view, valuable curtains covering the windows, attrezzata con tavolo e sedie e cosa ancor piu' importante riscaldata insomma un gioiello! The bathroom, very broad indeed, offers as well as special furniture and finishing touches (brass taps and crystal knobs) a wonderful hydromassage tub that makes your stay truly pleasant. Not to mention the finished doors which, as an architecture, accompany the entire perimeter of the house by design, making it enchanting. Lascio questa recensione con vero piacere perche' ho modo poche opportunita' di incontrare location cosi' belle, ancor piu' belle perche' si sente il calore e l'accuratezza che il gent.le sig. Andrea e famiglia hanno voluto dare a chiunque voglia avere il piacere di vivere un soggiorno all'insegna della bellezza e del relax, also considering the beautiful panorama offered by the view of the lake and Castel Rigone for its history and positioning strategy. Tranquility and comfort
I came here with my little daughter and my partner joined me the next day with the others 2 children and Andrea (the very friendly owner) he took this into positive account in the price he gave me. the house is magnificent, cared for and in perfect working order. We also found all the essential consumables (detergents,sale, sugar, coffee, oil etc) per utilizzare l'attrezzatissima cucina ed il meraviglioso idromassaggio Jacuzzi. La sala da pranzo in veranda protetta da vetri doppi oltre a farti sentire sicuro garantisce un'ottima gestione della temperatura sia col caldo che con il fresco serale anche grazie agli ampi e discreti termosifoni. You can easily park two cars and maybe more. C'è a disposizione un bel barbecue che sicuramente la prossima volta utilizzerò. Complete relaxation
My fiancé and I stayed in this beautiful apartment for our anniversary. The villa in which it is located is very beautiful and with attention to detail. L'attenzione verso il cliente è notevole. We cooked in the kitchen with peninsula and relaxed on the veranda which adds that something extra to the room from which, on a beautiful sunny day, you can admire Lake Trasimeno. I would also like to underline the presence of the jacuzzi in the bathroom, where we relaxed with a nice glass of wine and the comfort of the bed and pillows. Really everything excellent, also the availability of the owner's friendly father and the owner himself. Vi consiglio di andare e restare chiusi lì dentro per l'intera giornata! Pleasant escape for two!
We thought we had booked a room and we find ourselves in a large two-room apartment, living room with fireplace, spacious kitchen, a large glass terrace overlooking Trasimeno which can also be a dining room and bathroom with Jacuzzi! Discreet, silent, clean, accogliente e ben riscaldato l'ideale per un romantico viaggetto di coppia...... but also for families or group trips considering the presence of the second bedroom. Very kind owner who also gave useful tips for local restaurants. C'è il wi fi e posto auto in giardino.
